The journal publishes papers of both theoretical and applied nature, with a special focus on experimental research, new design criteria, and innovative approaches, relating to all the previous fields of agricultural engineering.

All papers are published in AJAE as soon as they have been accepted, by adding them to the "current" volume's Table of Contents.

Al-Azhar Journal of Agricultural Engineering (AJAE) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal is published in both print and online versions and all articles published in the journal are fully open-access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. Publication Fee is free of charge.
